How to lose belly fat naturally with no side effects
You are probably wondering how your belly fat is in the first place. Maybe you were born a lean person or have a low-calorie diet. In this post, I would give an answer to all those questions that people ask about their belly and some very smart reasons why they are overweight or not.
Most of us are overweight because of our bad eating habits, poor exercise regimen, smoking, etc. We should spend more time in the gym and less time outside. But as we know, it’s not good for our health. In this article, I will give you tips and strategies that will help you get rid of excess fat in your body.
What is ‘Loss Belly’?
I'm not talking about belly fat here, but rather fat that has accumulated as a result of an unhealthy diet, poor exercise habits, weight gain, pregnancy, and so on.This fat can be removed by changing your eating habits and making these lifestyle changes regularly. It takes time, so wait for a few weeks (or months) to see the results. Here is the list of what I found helpful, which might help you too. Please let me know if anyone has any doubts or suggestions.
1. Increase your protein consumption and exercise more.
We are surrounded by all the food available everywhere. Our home kitchens offer a variety of protein sources, both natural as well as synthetic. You can read reviews on any brand you choose and decide which one suits your taste. There are several ways to increase your protein intake. However, most of them require a lot of time and commitment. So make sure you are ready to sacrifice a huge portion of your daily calories. Make sure you find out which kind of protein works best for your body. Try to do cardio at least 2 times per week.
2. Include whole grains in your diet or consume at least 1-2 servings of healthy snacks.
Make sure you add whole grains like brown rice, oats, millet, barley, buckwheat, rye, soya, etc. to your meals. Whole grain helps in improving digestive system function. Moreover, whole grain keeps you full for a longer time. So try to eat healthy snacks occasionally. For example, one serving of raw chia seeds and avocado could be filled with 100% protein. Do not skip on having a regular snack. Just add one serving to every meal. And don’t forget about adding nuts and raisins for a further protein boost.
3. Consume Fiber-Rich Foods Properly
Staying away from processed foods will improve your gut health. If you try your hand at various different kinds of vegetables, then you need to have a fibre source along with their fibre content. Go for fruits and vegetables like broccoli, beans, cabbage, spinach, and watermelon. Also, keep an eye on high-fiber veggies and try to drink plenty of water. These will keep you full for a long time. You will feel full after eating even your breakfast. The same thing is applied to whole grain soups and vegetable broths.
4. Maintain proper hydration
Water plays a significant role in keeping your metabolic rate up. We need to drink 5 litres of water each day. Water keeps our blood pressure healthy. As a result of it, you are able to maintain your energy levels. So keep a bottle of water beside your bed and stick to that till you reach your goal. Once you start drinking water, stick to a few glasses of filtered water. Don’t take more than 8–9 cups. Don’t forget to drink lots of water before bedtime. Drink before going to bed, make yourself hungry in the morning, as that's when you go to the bathroom.
5. Avoid Sugary Drinks
Sugar and sugar substitutes are like poisoners and should be avoided. Sugar and sugar substitutes have added substances like sucrose, dextrose, and maltodextrin, which cause insulin spikes to control blood sugar levels. People who are suffering from obesity should stop consuming sugary drinks. Sugar is also present in many other beverages like juices, sodas, teas, etc. Take the ones containing only fructose. That’s it. Sugar causes gas, bloating, and increases stomach acidity. Instead of that, have fruit juices like lemonade, green tea, mango juice, etc.
6. Turning on lights before going to bed will lower your BMI and improve your digestive health.
In earlier days, the average Indian family used to have two lamps in the middle of the room. Those lights were switched off once you went to sleep. Nowadays, smartphones provide sufficient light for sleeping. Not just that switching on the night lights may improve digestion.
7. Get Physical With Daily Lifting:
Lifting weights might seem hard due to the amount of progress you have to make to complete the task. But it doesn't take much time to get there. Just make the move from the point of view that it looks easy, but it really gets hard once you get the proper form. Start with small movements and work your way to larger ones.
8.Be Active From Morning To Evening
You can also include 30 minutes to an hour of physical activity in your daily routine. It will help in making you fit and you can get rid of excess body weight pretty quickly.
